Looking for cars in all the wrong places....

VW Rabbit (Car i checked out first)

Gosh what a day, i went out today looking at cars and it was just INSANE! Today i had my old car towed for AAA to get it checked out. And then i went to Volkswagen and then after that i went to Nissan. And all i can say is wow what a different experience it was trying to just find out prices for a few cars. First off VW was awesome, i went in checked out some cars, test drove one, joked around with the salesman before saying im going to check out a few more before deciding. Which like any normal human being was ok with said "thank you" and come back anytime. Like a normal salesperson would. Now after that my friend decided "Hey lets go to the Nissan dealer" which i now know was a mager mistake. So we drive to the Nissan dealer, get out and walk inside. Now first off the salesman walks over to me and asks what im looking for, and i nicely replied just looking and checking around for prices. Big MISTAKE! This guy went on a rampage of car after cars. Then he just all of sudden decides hey you like the 350z how bout i try and get ya to buy the 350z NISMO edition, in which there is only 1200 made. Now right off the bat you hear 1200 only made you know its pricey. And yes, yes it was. So i tell the guy that it was in my price range, even though its a very very nice car. In which he translates that to meaning that its not low enough of a price for me. So he goes back to his boss and talks to him saying hey we can get it a little more cheaper if you just want to put a deposit on this car. Which i said no. He then went back to his boss again, to obiviously try and make it lower for me. And came back with a lower one and i still said no. This then repeated for the next HOUR and a HALF with him coming in and trying to get me to buy it when i said when i walked in that i was just looking. So i then turn to my friend that came along and was like this guy just doesnt get it, im not trying to haggle with this guy im just trying to freaking leave. So this then leads up to a test drive, which a guy that has never owned a Z like me could not even pass up at that point. So i take it out, and it is quite nice. And while im trying to enjoy this the salesman is trying to talk slang to me since im a younger guy saying such things as "this ride is pimp", "its the shiz" and so on. Which when a guy is obviously in his 50's you just know he does not use this language..lol. Then i get back and again the deal or no deal game is going on, in which im still not wanting to cave yet the guy keeps going lower and lower with the price. Which is nice, but i just wanted to look and check prices so im stuck to my guns not wanting to budge, until i finally cave in a little and he gets in down so low its hard at all to argue. So i put a totally refundable deposit on it for the night on another car and not the NISMO. But after i left i knew i was just going to come back tomarrow only to get my money back. Soo yea its been a long and hectic day in which tomarrow will probably be even worse cause who knows if this guy will think im haggling or what since im gonna get my money back. Who know maybe he'll offer me a job? or pay me to take the car? The way their going at least.

350Z NISMO (Not this time)
